Are your terminals CE, RoHS, FCC certified?: Yes, all our terminals are required to be CE, RoHS and FCC certified. But for some products under development, certificates may be available later when engineering team finish the final tests. To check certificate status of specific product you interested, feel free to contact our sales team by sales@commtec.ltd

Are your Terminals EMV and PCI certified?: Currently our terminals are all Android Cash Register which does not integrate Payment features, thus not EMV and PCI certifed. But all our terminals are GMS certified for SoftPOS payment soltutions. Feel free to contact our team sale@commtec.ltd if you wanna learn more.

Who is Commtec?: Commtec is a brand for POS Hardware platform, that was built up in 2024 by a group of engineering and marketing expertise in POS vertical industry.

Where can i get SDK for the terminals?: Currently the SDK for the terminals is only available from our sales and technical team. If you need any help on integration with your APKs, please feel free to contact our sales or technical team by sales@commtec.ltd or support@commtec.ltd
